Gopbuni Gopchang

Gopbuni Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Seoul that serves grilled intestines over charcoal. The charcoal smoke comes through more in the grilled dishes than in the griddle ones. The gopchang is grilled in the kitchen and brought out ready to eat. The spice level is mild enough for an elementary school student, and the flavor is clean.
