Gonghang Kalguksu

Gonghang Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Gonghang-dong, Seoul, serving mushroom kalguksu and offal kalguksu. For the mushroom kalguksu, diners first lift out the oyster mushrooms, potato and water parsley, then add noodles to the garlic-scented broth and finish with fried rice. The shop has operated since 1979 and opens at 9:30 a.m. Its kimchi has a strong garlic aroma and a sharp, spicy heat.
