Gohyang Makchang Gui

Gohyang Makchang Gui is a neighborhood makchang restaurant near Gayang Station in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, grilling pork makchang and beef makchang alongside pork skin and jumeok gogi. The pork makchang is grilled until crisp without any off-putting smell, and is eaten dipped in makjang with cheongyang chili or in soybean powder. After the makchang, diners can order vegetable gopchang and bokkeum bap, though the bokkeum bap requires ordering one portion of vegetable stir-fry first.
