Gohyang Janchi Guksu

Gohyang Janchi Guksu is a small noodle shop in Seoul serving janchi noodles, bibim noodles, and bibimbap. Its signature janchi noodles come in anchovy broth with the spicy heat of Cheongyang chili peppers. The restaurant has floor seating, serves kongguksu in summer, and provides complimentary extra noodles. Yeolmu kimchi is no longer served since the owner changed.
