Gaeseong Sundaeguk

Gaeseong Sundae Guk is a Korean restaurant inside Hwagok Bondong Market in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, selling sundae guk and a mixed plate of head meat. The sundae guk contains intestines and meat, with scallions and perilla seed powder over a clear bone broth. It has operated in the same spot since 1973, and customers can park at the nearby public parking lot and ask for a parking ticket. The staff member boiling the soup comes only after being called several times.
