Gaeseong Son Mandu

Gaeseong Son Mandu is a mandu restaurant in Seoul that makes its hand-pressed dumplings in house and serves them in mandu jeongol. The signature mandu jeongol simmers filled dumplings with vegetables and mushrooms in a white, mildly spicy broth. A single portion of mandu jeongol can be ordered, and takeout comes with extra broth. The parking lot behind the building is often full, so parking is inconvenient.
