Dooyaji

Doyaji is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Magok, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, serving Han Don special cuts and offal. The deolmi sal is soft and rich with fat, while the odol galbi keeps the crunch of cartilage and a soy sauce marinade. Meat is par-grilled over charcoal before it reaches the table, and the outdoor seating sits in front of a lawn. The restaurant opened in August 2018, and tables are cramped for parties of more than five.
