Donkatsu Injeong

Donkatsu Injeong is a tonkatsu restaurant near Magok Station in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, serving Japanese-style handmade tonkatsu and jorimmyeon. The signature dishes are special rosu katsu made with aged loin and tenderloin plus gabrisal, and Injeong jorimmyeon topped with Japanese-style braised pork. The dining room is large with wide spacing between tables, suiting both solo diners and groups, and the katsu is eaten with salt, wasabi, sauce, mustard, and lemon. The cold udon has chilled broth and chewy noodles.
