Daewang Gopchang

Daewang Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Hwagok-dong, Seoul. Orders start with a mixed platter, and daechang (beef large intestine) can be added one portion at a time while staff grill the meat with vegetables at the table. The oil is drained off later, and the meal comes with pickled radish and spicy pickled chili peppers. Fried rice can also be ordered, and the daechang is somewhat chewy.
