Chilheug

Chilheuk is a restaurant in Seoul that serves three breeds of black pork, each listed separately by breed. Because each breed tastes different, the meat is grilled on a small griddle in the style of a roasting plate. The gomtang is served with a clear broth. The pork comes with vegetables and side dishes, arranged to be wrapped in rice.
