Cheonnyeon Bindaetteok

Cheonnyeon Bindae-tteok is a jeon restaurant in Hwagok-dong, Seoul, that serves jeon and aged kimchi dak-bokkeum-tang. The aged kimchi dak-bokkeum-tang is a large portion even for two people, and julienned gamja-jeon comes as a set. The restaurant drew enough customers that people waited when there were no seats, and business went well enough that it moved to a larger place across the street. After the move, the black pepper flavor became stronger and the depth of flavor was lost.
