Chadoljip

Chadoljip is a meat restaurant near Gonghang Market Station in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, where chadolbakgi and galbisal are grilled over charcoal. The signature dish, frozen American chadolbakgi, is eaten wrapped in musaengchae and pamuchim. The restaurant has operated since 1978, and diners can also simmer leftover chadol and rice with doenjang jjigae over the charcoal. Parking space is limited, so bringing a car is inconvenient.
