Bomdama Shabu Shabu Magok

Bomdama Magok Branch in Magok, Seoul, is a shabu-shabu buffet served in individual hot pots. After choosing a broth, diners take vegetables such as dang-gwi, chicory, kale and cilantro, along with dumplings, fish cake and noodles, from the self-service bar and make their own sauces. The meal can be finished with kalguksu or porridge, followed by coffee and ice cream. Meat and seafood are not included by default and must be ordered separately.
