Gyeju

Gyeju is an izakaya in Myeongji-dong, Busan, serving yakitori and Japanese-style anju. The skewers include chicken skin, chicken thigh, tenderloin, heart, and tsukune, along with deep-fried deodeok and potato salad, and draft beer is available. At the bar, skewers can be ordered a few at a time and added to as you go, and whisky corkage is allowed. The bar draws a sizable crowd even on Sunday evenings.
