Gangneung Cultural Center is a culture center near the Gangneung Mail Center. It runs a range of arts workshops, music performances, and education programs. The center is a 10-minute walk from Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal and Gangneung Express Bus Terminal, and uses an auditorium and program rooms. Parking space is limited.
