Gangneung City Hall

Gangneung City Hall sits near the Gangneung bus terminal. The civil service office on the first floor has color-coded guide lines and an Nonghyup Bank inside. The building is tall with a large parking lot, and the staircase up to the second floor is lined with large bookshelves. Artworks are placed at intervals along the corridors.
