Starbucks Gangneung IC DT is located just before the Gangneung IC exit. Coffee can be ordered at the drive-through, and heugimja roll and peach iced tea are also sold there. The second-floor window seats look out over the night view and the surrounding area, and some chairs have outlets underneath. When drive-through orders pile up, the parking lot gets crowded and a wait forms.
