Gyerak Roastery is a roastery cafe in Gangneung that serves specialty coffee and hand drip, and it is the main branch of Gyerak Coffee. It handles Panama Geisha, Ethiopia Geisha, and the Hurtas blend, and offers three specialty hand drip options. Award records are displayed on the wall, and the brand has expanded to a fourth branch in Gangneung. Milk bingsu is also on the menu alongside coffee.
