1938slow is a cafe in a converted old house in a residential alley near Gangneung Yeojung. It serves myeongnan gamja baguette and milk tea, and it once ran a restaurant as well but now operates only as a cafe. The old house has a yard and wooden platform seating, with few tables. The entrance is tucked inside the alley, which makes the cafe hard to find.
