SARA

Sara is a Japanese-style izakaya in Hongje-dong, Gangneung. It serves yellowtail sashimi, daechang (beef large intestine) and jjukkumi charcoal grilling, yakitori, and sweet shrimp with gamtae and chodae-ri shari. The yellowtail sashimi is cut thick and served with ssamjang, gireumjang, and garnishes, and the dining room is clean. A wait is possible, so a reservation is required.
