Noam Tunnel

Noam Tunnel is an old train tunnel in Noam-dong, Gangneung. It now connects to Wolhwa Street and a railway bridge, forming a walking path to Gangneung Jungang Market. Trains ran through the tunnel until the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. A memorial for civilian victims of the Korean War stands next to it, and the tunnel is short.
