Haejung Park Observatory

Ha ejung Gongwon Jeonmangdae sits between Sacheonjin Beach and Gyeongpo Beach in Gangneung, looking out over the sea on both sides. From the observatory you can see the colored tetrapods, waves, and clear water together. Entry to the observatory is free, parking is at a public lot across the road, and there are restrooms. The top of the observatory is windy.
