Gyeongpo Aquarium

Gyeongpo Aquarium is a two-floor aquarium near Gyeongpo Lake and Gyeongpodae in Gangneung, with seals, penguins, otters and large turtles on display. It runs a turtle-touching session and scheduled feeding sessions for the otters and penguins. A full visit takes about 30 minutes to an hour, and booking through Naver costs less than buying a ticket on site. There is a large overflow parking lot and a cafe on the second floor, and the exhibition is small enough that walking through the displays takes little time.
