Chilsadang

Chilsadang is an old government office building inside the Gangneung Daedohobu Gwanah. It was the working space of the office that governed Gangneung during the Joseon period, which sets it apart from other government office sites. During festivals such as Gangneung Yahaeng, the office is decorated and hanbok and tea ceremony experiences are held. There are no information boards explaining the building's use or architectural style, so it is difficult to check these details on site while viewing.
