Screme

Screme is a cafe in Sinnonhyeon, Seoul, that sells canelés, financiers, and coffee. Its signature canelé is crisp on the outside and moist inside, and the cafe also serves brewed coffee and milk tea. It sits on the second floor above a restaurant and has a toilet inside the store, and mornings are relatively quiet. The store is small, so sitting inside can be difficult at times.
