Abec J Bakery

Avekj Bay Bakery is a small bakery near the SPC headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul, selling salt bread, white bread, morning rolls, and pastries. Salt bread and croissants are the signature items, and the pain au chocolat, almond pain au chocolat, and canelé are made with layered pastry. The owner, who earned a qualification in France, has run the shop for several years, and the bread keeps its flavor after being frozen and reheated in the oven. The bread tends to sell out early.
