Ohtani chaen is a tea shop near Fushimi Inari that sells matcha latte, matcha ice cream, and matcha affogato. The ice cream is served with roasted rice sprinkled on top, and the matcha is chosen from English descriptions that show flavor on a graph. Most of the customers seated inside are locals. The owners recommend flavors and explain in English as well.
