Marumochiya Fushimi Inari Honten is a Japanese dessert cafe on the Fushimi Inari worship path, between Fushimi Inari Station and JR Inari Station. It sells mizu shingen mochi and kushimaru mochi; the mizu shingen mochi is pierced with a skewer, then topped with black honey and soybean powder, while the kushimaru mochi is grilled on the outside and filled with three kinds of anko. The first floor is a sales area and the second floor has eat-in seating, and grilled kushimaru mochi is reheated when ordered. The mizu shingen mochi has a mild flavor.
