Fukakusa

Fukakusa is an izakaya in Kyoto near Fushimi Inari Shrine that serves hoe and anju. Beyond the set menu, the owner keeps changing new items, and you can order hoe and anju. It is a small standing bar where local customers and regulars mix. There is almost no English support, so Japanese is needed.
