Yamasho

Yamasho is a Japanese restaurant in Fukuoka that serves beef offal hot pot. You can choose a miso, soy sauce, or salt broth, ask for half of each of two broths, and fried chicken wings are also served. Reservations take priority, so without one you may not get a table and be turned away. A separate English menu is available.
