Pikaichi Hakata Honten is a Chinese restaurant in a alley across from Hakata Station, serving ramen, jjambbong, and fried rice. Its signature dish, sara udon, is made by stir-frying the noodles once so parts of them turn crisp. The restaurant is about a seven-minute walk from Hakata Station, and at lunch it draws many local office workers who pay in cash. Ordering directly in Korean is difficult.
