Udon Ganbee

Nakas Ganbei is a small izakaya in Nakasu, Fukuoka, serving udon, sake and various side dishes. Its sakura udon comes in a deep shrimp broth, and the menu also includes komasaba and aji fry that is not always listed. The shop has a separate Korean menu, and the owner and staff speak a little Korean. Only cash is accepted, and food comes out slowly.
