Torisoba Toriden Kitte Hakata

Hakata Torisoba Toriden is a ramen shop in the basement food court of a building next to Hakata Station in Fukuoka. Its broth is a white chicken paitan, with shoyu and tantan also available, and the bowl comes with chicken chashu and egg. A Korean kiosk is available, and each seat has an apron and a bag basket. The broth carries the distinct gamey smell of chicken stock.
