Sushi Kaede

Sushi Kaede is a small restaurant serving sushi and course meals, located between Hakata Station and Watanabe-dori Station in Fukuoka. The course runs from hoe and cream shrimp to steak, then sushi and dessert, and motchanabe and cube sushi can also be ordered. Weekday evenings around 7 p.m. allow walk-in entry without a reservation. Cube sushi is prepared so late that it arrives after the motchanabe is finished, and the wait can reach 50 minutes.
