Sushi Gosuian

Sushi Gosuian is a sushi restaurant near Ohori Park in Fukuoka that serves an omakase course made up entirely of sushi. The shari is a blend of three rice varieties, and the sushi is served one piece at a time to match each fish. The counter has only seven seats, and the chef explains the dishes and the origin of the fish. The drink selection is not extensive.
