Shinshu raw soba Shougetuan

Shinshu Nama Soba Shogetsuan is a soba restaurant in an alley in front of Ohori Park, serving mostly local customers. It offers buckwheat soba, duck soba, rolled omelet, fried shrimp, and rice bowls. The menu is in Japanese only, with photos of the dishes, and waits of about 15 minutes happen when local customers are numerous. Traditional soba is strongly salty and only mildly sweet, which does not suit Korean tastes.
