Salvatore Cuomo is an Italian restaurant on the first floor of Hakata Green Hotel Building 1, near Hakata Station in Fukuoka. At lunch it serves a set where you choose a main from pizza, pasta, meat, or fish, and on weekends it runs as a buffet with salad, deli items, and dessert. Pizza is baked in an in-store oven, and lunch includes a drink bar with coffee and iced tea. Food comes out slowly.
