Sabo old lotus is a restaurant on the sixth floor of the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Tenjin, Fukuoka, serving Japanese sweets such as anmitsu and matcha bingsu alongside soba. The anmitsu includes sweet red bean paste, brown sugar warabi mochi and ice cream, and matcha parfait is also on the menu. Windows look down over the Tenjin area, and parfaits and bingsu come with warm matcha. Matcha ice cream and mochi have a soft texture and appear in several menu items.
