Rocket Fresh Pasta is an Italian restaurant in Fukuoka that serves teppan Neapolitan pasta and Margherita pizza. The Neapolitan comes out rich on a hot iron plate, and the Margherita is made with a thin dough topped with tomato, cheese, and basil. Right after opening there can be a wait of over 30 minutes, but orders are taken during the wait so the food arrives almost immediately after you sit down. The menu is in Japanese only, so you have to translate it to order.
