Ramen Kuramochi is a ramen shop in Yakuin, Fukuoka, serving ramen with a chicken-and-soy-sauce base and curry. The broth is made from chicken carcasses alone and topped with thick pork collar chashu. It is a sister shop of Ramen Manrai in Shinjuku, Tokyo, which was founded in 1961. After 1 p.m. on Sundays, the wait can run about 20 minutes, and the broth and chashu are on the salty side.
