Noko Udon Tenjin Building is an udon shop connected to the Tenjin underground shopping area in Fukuoka. It serves cold meat and burdock udon, bukkake udon, and sweet potato tempura, with thin and chewy noodles. To be seated, write your name and party size on the waiting list outside the shop, and staff will call you in order. At noon on weekdays the wait is about 20 minutes, and a queue forms during lunch hours.
