Nihonbare is a yakitori restaurant in Fukuoka that serves skewers and side dishes. It grills chicken neck meat with pepper and tsukune, and the grilled rice ball is eaten in tonkotsu broth. Orders are placed by QR code, and skewers are grilled in the middle of the room. Indoor smoking is allowed, which is uncomfortable for non-smokers.
