Motzuko is a Japanese hot pot restaurant in Fukuoka that serves single portions of motsunabe. The broth is light and clear, with beef offal and chives, and the meal finishes with champon noodles mixed with sesame. Counter seating includes single seats, so one person can eat motsunabe alone. A service charge is added separately.
