Morimoto

Morimoto is a yakitori restaurant in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka, about a five-minute walk from Tenjinminami Station Exit 6. It serves an omakase course of seven chicken skewers and three vegetables, centered on Toyono shamo from Oita Prefecture, followed by chawanmushi and a rice dish. The counter seats about eight, and there is also a private room. Orders are taken as the course only, with no à la carte options, and whether to include chicken sashimi is decided when booking.
