Moon light noodle

Moonraiken is a local ramen shop in the basement of the Tenjin Building inside Tenjin Station in Fukuoka. It serves chicken-broth shoyu and shio ramen, with the shoyu based on soy sauce and the shio on a salt broth close to chicken soup. Orders are placed by buying a meal ticket first, and the wait is not long even at lunchtime. The shop is comfortable and quiet.
