Manbo is a monjayaki restaurant in a back alley behind Don Quijote in Nakasu, Fukuoka. On the first floor, diners grill pork kimchi okonomiyaki, and on the second-floor tatami seats, they grill mentaiko cheese mochi monjayaki on a hot plate. To be seated on the second floor, you must say from the start that you want to eat monjayaki. The red sign is easy to miss because the restaurant is deep in the alley.
