Kabeya

Kabeya is a soba shop in Fukuoka’s Tenjin underground shopping area. It serves Chuun soba and oroshi soba, and pairs cold soba with momiji oroshi instead of wasabi. Lines form after noon, and the wait is about three minutes around 2 p.m. Cash is the standard payment method, so paying by card alone is difficult.
