Ichiba zushi uotatsu

Uotatsu Sushi is a conveyor belt sushi shop inside the Fukuoka fish market building, serving sushi such as tuna belly and mackerel. Rather than taking items off the belt, you order the sushi you want and it is made right away. Only a few basic items such as inari, egg, squid, and shrimp circulate on the conveyor belt. The shop does not accept card payment, so bring cash.
