Hamburger Sukeya

Hamburger Sukeya is a handmade burger shop in a quiet residential alley in Fukuoka's Hakozaki, a three-minute walk from Hakozaki-gu. Vegetables and other ingredients are served separately on a tray, and diners assemble the burger themselves. Preparation of the patty and vegetables begins after ordering, so the wait is a little long, and the shop has two four-person tables. The burgers are larger than expected and are not a convenient size to eat.
