Fujiuuna is a Japanese restaurant near Hakata Station in Fukuoka that serves unagi donburi and eel set meals. Its signature dish is seiro-mushi, which places eel over seasoned rice and comes with rolled egg. The restaurant is on the second floor, reached by elevator from the entrance, and reservations are accepted. Food takes a while to arrive after ordering.
